I spend way too much time on the shore, looking at shells and other evidence of marine life. I was lucky to find the Gould’s pandora, which reminds me of a Dutch wooden shoe in its overall shape, and the Astarte, which is a tiny clam. I wanted to express my intense affection for these animals through the use of color and brush marks. See more by this artist at http://www.adibblepaintings.
